1- WOMEN WITH THEIR HAIR DOWN Lord this is a pet peeve! Yesterday I saw a woman with her hair down and curly as if she just spent 2 hours curling it. Leave your Kim K/Beyonce hair for OTHER activities! Put your hair up!
2- BEING ON THE PHONE AND ON THE MACHINE I don't believe there's anyway to have an effective workout while spending it on the phone. Switching hands while switching machines is a joke. And they wonder why they look the same a year later! Have your conversations BEFORE or AFTER your workout. Focus...
3- WORKING OUT WHILE SICK Maybe I'm too much of a Germ-a-phobe but it makes me cringe when I see people sneezing and coughing while workout out, wiping their face, then touching the machine! Your sharing your sickness and people don't want it. This is the prime example why I carry sanitizer EVERYWHERE I go. If you don't feel good, please stay hope, get better THEN come to the gym. We would all appreciate it.
Now these are just my personal opinions but bottom line- we need to be better people! :)
