Okay so I recently posted about crazy gym nights. I think some people need to know what is appropriate and what is not. SO here are my 3 gym etiquette tips I hope people take to heart :)
1- NO BOOTY SHORTS WORN AS GYM SHORTS
We all know you cannot bend over let alone run or move in shorts all the way up your backside SO instead of trying to get attention from men, let's stay focused on why you are there: TO WORKOUT! You look like a fool and we all know why your wearing those teeny weeny shorts. Sorry but self esteem is found through self growth, not attention from your shorts lol just saying!!!
2- REFRAIN FROM ROLLING TO WORKOUT WITH ALL OF YOUR COUSINS AND FRIENDS AND BROTHERS
Everynight there is at least one group of men who literally come to workout with 5+ in their party. This is okay if your hooping or plying racket ball, I get it. BUT everynight this group doesn't do either, they take up machines for 30 minutes and socialize more than they workout. The gym is not a frat house or a bar, your'e there to get in shape. So limit yourself to 3 or less in your party so you can stay focused and not waste your gym membership.
3- NO YELLING ACROSS THE ROOM AND GRUNTING TO YOUR FELLOW GYM MEMBERS
I cannot tell you how many times I hear men over my music yelling and making sounds not normal for the human body. Talking is fine, but talking at a level where people doing cardio can hear you is too much. You can walk over and say what you need to, so please refrian from yelling. I also understand men usually hype themseleves up before lifting but pounding your chest, pacing while flexing and talking to yourself in the mirror is not effective or attractive.
Hopefully these tips help my fellow gym goers. I know these issues are an epidemic these days, but hopefully I have shed some light on these issues and possibly create a change :)
here's the newest photo I have posted! Getting back into modeling this year so take a look! Also visit my other sites. Any feedback and love is appreciated! thank you all!!!! xoxo
IM BACK!!!!! It has been a while BUT I am back in action.
My first post had to be a good one so I'll share my secret! For about a month I have been using a new product and I swear by it! It is Luster NOW toothpaste. It freshens but also whitens incredibly! My favorite new product by far. I paid $6.97 at Walmart and it was definitely worth it. Go try one now!!!
man oh man let me tell you guys! I work full time just to get by but somehow by the 2nd week my money is either low or gone! I noticed for me i spend almost $300 every two weeks which is why I'm investing in a NEW fuel efficient car in about a month! so this got me thinking. Yes we work to get by but it goes SO QUICK! so what should we be doing with our money? Here is my top 5 that fits me :)
1- PAY YOUR BILLS
Make sure your making credit card payments, gas card, insurance, anything that is mandatory, take care of it! so much easier in the long run.
2- PERSONAL NECESSITIES
For me that is things like books for school, work clothes, things that I personally need to get by each day with out minor glitches.
3- INVEST INVEST INVEST
Stocks are things most people don't think about but we should! we could make a lot of money overtime that could be extra income. Also, cars are a big investment. Make sure you choose wisely!!!
lets try to save our money or at least make more in the process :)
$$$
So by now we all know how it feels to meet someone, fall in and out of love, have our heart broken, learn lessons the hard and easy way. We have experienced it all. But how do we keep the spark?! My ideas!
-Don't nag. see the bigger picture. Pick and choose your battles careful. How to pay the bills is more important to discuss than "why are you 5 minutes late?"...
-Be yourself from day 1. Feelings and ideas change quickly the second someone finds out you've been deceiving. Nothing sexier than an honest person.
-Keep it fresh! Pizza & movie at home one night, massage day with your honey the next, mini golf the next week! We all like stimulation, so keep it interesting
- Explore new avenues. Include eachother in things you might have done solo normally. Go to gym together or grocery shop! It's the little things that spark our attention.
We all will have our own ideas on what works for us but bottom line, we cannot expect things to change if we don't. A SPARK is very important, creating it isn't the issue but sustaining it is. We can all learn from eachother. Brainstorm. Explore. Be creative. KEEP IT SPARK-TASTIC :)
Well technically I have been counting since Nov 1st lol, my bday MONTH! just joking. Anyways, theres 10 days til my birthday, 9 days in about an hour. People always ask me what I want, what do I like etc. First and foremost, I rarely get alot of gifts, a few if Im lucky so I appreciate it when it does come. Here is the funny part about what I like and It is very twisted! I LOVE gift cards! Why is this twisted? Because I REFUSE to give them as a gift lol. I feel that shows my lack of thought as a friend, like I dont know you well enough to buy you a gift. But those who know ME, know i love getting gift cards! Dumb huh? Anyways , what places do I like? Heres where you learn a lil sumthn' about me :)
-Starbucks
-Sephora
-Macys
-Gas GiftCard
-Sunglass Hut
-Any food place
-Walmart
-Best Buy
-Spencers
-Apple
NONE of those places are related, but just proves how complicated I am :)
